I phoned HDS and a very nice aerial engineer fixed my problem later that day. Simple and straightforward, which is all anyone would want.

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Prompt engineers work hard to get the equipment installed quickly and its a top rate job Prices are also extremely competitive. 10/10 really satisfied.
